Ingredients:

  • · 4 slices bacon
  • · 1 small avocado
  • · 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • · 1 cloves garlic crushed

How to prepare:

1. Set your oven to 375 degrees F. Layer a baking sheet with a parchment paper.

2. Place the bacon strips in the baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 15 minutes.

3. Boil all the eggs in a saucepan filled with water.

4. Once the eggs are hard-boiled transfer them to an ice bath, then peel.
